Full-Service Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

The full-service O&M Solution from NergyOS maintains your portfolio assets across geographies via our nationwide service networks, to ensure the highest performance levels throughout their lifecycle. Services include daily operations, preventive maintenance, warranty and repair.

Daily Operations

Our trained professionals in the Solar Operations Center use sophisticated metering, sensing and data analysis technologies to monitor, analyze, and respond to critical events that impact daily energy production.

By analyzing production data against a rich set of production metrics, we continuously verify the production performance against performance baselines and financial models.

The SOC detects outages and degradations, and diagnoses root causes. A decision analysis evaluates each event and immediately generates the appropriate escalation to field service and/or maintenance service technician, to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules.

Preventive Maintenance

Our O&M service teams perform a comprehensive list of services, based on quarterly, bi-annual and annual schedules:

All maintenance required to maintain OEM warranties for inverters, modules, trackers and BOS – calibration, software and system upgrades, thermal scans, etc.
Inspection and tightening of all system wiring, construction components, etc.
Cleaning and removal of dust, debris, etc.
Annual service plan and service records/reports.

Warranty & Repair

Our O&M service teams are highly trained in maintaining and repairing assets in the field.

For solar OEMs – our Warranty Repair services are available to complement your own field service organization, by leveraging the local presence and reach of our O&M Networks and Affiliates.
For asset owners – our Onsite Repair services make sure that outages and faults are quickly resolved. We leverage our insights from analytics and historical operational data, inventory of critical components and a vast network of personnel close to the asset locations.
