Silver Service Plan

Solar Asset Gurantee

Start with the Silver Service Plan and enjoy these benefits:

  • Portfolio Base - Affordable to start for local, smaller portfolios up to THREE (3) solar sites.
  • Renewable Incentive Program - Full support of ONE (1) renewable energy program from a state, county, local, or municipal utility, Investor Owned Utility or Public Owned Utility. For example, one California Solar Initiative (CSI) Performance Based Incentive (PBI) program administered by PG&E.
  • Operations & Maintenance – Keep operating budget to the minimum with an ANNUAL preventive maintenance plan.
  • Monitoring & Analytics – Monitoring for overall production across major system components; production analytics for system owners, investors, operators and energy users.
  • Solar Operations Center – Basic service level agreement for operational and customer support, IT infrastructure, hosted web portal and operations command center.
 

Gold Service Plan

Solar Asset Gurantee

Upgrade to the Gold Service Plan for expanded user base and service territory:

  • Portfolio Base – Scale up to cover portfolio assets across regions, each license for portfolios with up to TEN (10) solar sites.
  • Renewable Incentive Program - Full support of THREE (3) renewable energy programs from state, county, local, or municipal utility, Investor Owned Utility or Public Owned Utility. For example, three California Solar Initiative (CSI) Performance Based Incentive (PBI) programs administered by PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E.
  • Operations & Maintenance – Maintain operating budget for assets requiring more attention with a SEMI-ANNUAL preventive maintenance plan.
  • Monitoring & Analytics – High-resolution monitoring for overall production across major system components down to re-combiner level; production analytics for system owners, investors, operators and energy users; energy saving analytics based on energy users’ rate schedule and production.
  • Solar Operations Center – Enhanced service level agreement for operational and customer support, IT infrastructure, hosted web portal and operations command center.
  • Production Assurance – Basic production assurance levels for your total annual energy production.
  • Branding – Strengthen your brand and customer relationships with co-op branding of products and services.
 

Platinum Service Plan

  • Portfolio Base – Scale up to cover portfolio assets across nationwide footprint, each license for portfolio up to THIRTY (30) solar sites.
  • Renewable Incentive Program - Full support of TEN (10) renewable energy programs from state, county, local, or municipal utility, Investor Owned Utility or Public Owned Utility. For example, three California Solar Initiative (CSI) Performance Based Incentive (PBI) programs administered by PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E; one program under GATS; and more.
  • Operations & Maintenance – Maintain operating budget for assets requiring the highest attention with a QUARTERLY preventive maintenance plan.
