NergyOS collects personal information for network
use only. This information includes information
you enter upon registration to the network. There
are also instances where you may provide information
on others, such as team contact information, organizational
information, and so on. In these cases, NergyOS
assumes that you have the permission of those
individuals to provide NergyOS with their personal
information. By providing NergyOS with the personal
information, you authorize NergyOS to store personal
information on NergyOS’ servers. NergyOS will
not, under any circumstances, share your personal
information or that of anyone else you provide
to any third party for non-network purposes.
There may be times where your information may
be disclosed as required by law. Your personal
data may be subject to disclosure under the
law, such as pursuant to statutory provision.
