Certified Solar Service Partner Program

Partner with NergyOS to maintain and service solar assets. If you are a PV system engineer, integrator, IT professional, installer, electrician or maintenance firm, join our operations and maintenance service network as a Certified Solar Service Partner, expand your services and capture new revenues.

NergyOS clients represent the spectrum of solar energy systems – from single buildings, to campus-wide systems, to large utility-grade installations. We manage each of our client’s PV assets 24/7 through our Solar Operations Center. When indicated, we dispatch independent contractors who are members of the NergyOS Certified Solar Service Partners Program to conduct maintenance and repairs as soon as possible.

To become a Certified Solar Service Partner, your firm must be licensed and certified for B, C-10, C-46, NABCEP, OSHA and appropriately trained for OEM Maintenance. All site service personnel are insured for Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Excess Liability.

Your valuable customer relationships depend on backing up your products with quality and warranties that protect the customer and your reputation. Our preventive maintenance of PV assets ensures compliance with your warranty requirements and identifies issues before they become problems.

When a warranty becomes actionable, NergyOS manages the replacement or repair of a component or system. This frees the OEM from the dispatch of a repair crew and administration of the incident. NergyOS handles the issue promptly and efficiently, protecting the customer’s good relationship with us and with the manufacturer. As an NergyOS partner, an insurance provider gains access to new markets by working with us to provide PV system coverage to mutual customers. NergyOS customers that need insurance coverage for a PV asset rely on our insurance partners for protection. Conversely, when NergyOS is actively overseeing a customer´s PV assets, an insurance provider reduces their the total risk for underwriting the coverage.
